Chicken Tenders with Mashed Potatoes and Veggies

I am always in a hurry to cook up a meal before my husband goes to work. This is a simple fare that the entire family likes. None of my children will turn up their noses at hot homemade chicken tenders (Recipe from The 100 Mom Cookbook)! The chicken tenders are especially delicious when dipped in barbecue sauce.
